Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company has just announced the auction of the right to use 24 residential land plots at point TL-03, Yen Bai village, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi city (phase 4).
The total area of land plots is 2,224.7 m2, of which each plot has an area of 87.5 - 100 m2. The starting price is 6,369,000 VND/m2.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds. The price step applied in the second auction round is 1 million VND/m2 for each price step.
Each participant can register to auction multiple land plots. However, for each land plot, participants must submit a separate set of dossiers, and at the same time pay the dossier purchase fee and the deposit corresponding to the number of land plots registered for auction. The dossier components are implemented according to the provisions of Article 4 of the Auction Regulations.
Application submission time is from 8:00 AM on July 29, 2026 to 5:00 PM on August 11, 2026 at the headquarters of the Tien Thang Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board or the headquarters of Vietnam Auction Partnership Company.
The auction is expected to be held at 2:00 PM on August 14, 2026 at the Hall of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee (former Tam Dong Commune People's Committee headquarters).
Auction participants must be present at the venue from 1:30 PM on the same day to complete procedures to enter the hall. In case of authorizing participation in the auction, the authorized person must present a valid authorization document, which clearly states the content, scope and authorized work.
