The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision to reclaim 15,087 square meters of land at plot B1CC4 of the Tay Ho Tay Urban Area Central Area project (Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district) currently being used by THT Development Company Limited; leased to VIESTA Company Limited to continue implementing Project B1CC4.
The location, boundary and area of the land are determined according to the certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land No. CN 555777 issued by the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment on March 23, 2018.
Regarding the reason for the revocation, the Hanoi People's Committee said that THT Development Company Limited transferred part of the investment project at the land plot coded B1CC4 of the Tay Ho Tay Urban Center Project - Phase 1, Co Nhue 1 Ward and Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District to VIESTA Company Limited under the contract to transfer part of the real estate project.
The city decided to lease land to VIESTA Company Limited to continue implementing the B1CC4 Project in accordance with the approved objectives, contents, planning and progress of the project. Form of land use: The State leases land with annual payment.
Land use term from the date the City People's Committee signs the land lease decision until August 20, 2062. Land price for calculating land rent payable is determined according to the land price list.
