Accordingly, 102.3 square meters of land at 49 Phan Boi Chau, Cua Nam Ward, Hoan Kiem District will be recovered by the Ministry of Finance, transferring the original state of the house and land from the People's Committee of Dien Bien Province to the People's Committee of Hanoi City for management and processing to build Ly Thuong Kiet Kindergarten. At the same time, the recovered land area will be handed over to the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem to implement the investment project to build Ly Thuong Kiet Kindergarten.
The location, boundary and area of the land are determined in the 1/200 scale master plan drawing prepared by the joint venture Vinacom Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company and Thang Long Architecture, Fine Arts and Technology Joint Stock Company.
