Of which, residential land (social housing land) of 5,326.5 m2 is allocated for 15 years, from the date the City People's Committee decides to allocate land in the form of land allocation with land use fees collected and exempted from land use fees; the transferee of the right to own an apartment of the project is allowed to use it stably and long-term.

Public works land and green trees include: 7,194 m2 of traffic land; 390.99 m2 of community land; 1,639 m2 of outdoor parking land; 693 m2 of technical infrastructure land; 5,342 m2 of internal green land; 4,229.48 m2 of internal yard land, the city allocates land without collecting land use fees. Nam Do Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is responsible for investing and constructing according to the approved planning and investment project; after completing the acceptance, organize the handover to the Management Board (if the apartment building has a Management Board) or the apartment building management and operation unit to carry out management and operation according to regulations.
