Land allocation limit for individuals in Dong Nai from October 8

The limit on land allocation for individuals in Dong Nai province from October 8, 2024 is the content of Decision 42/2024/QD-UBND.

Accordingly, the limits for land allocation to individuals in Dong Nai province according to Decision 42/2024/QD-UBND of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee are as follows:

- Limit of land allocation for individuals in urban areas:

+ Wards of Bien Hoa city and Long Khanh city are not more than 200m2.

+ District towns are not more than 250m2.

- Limit of land allocation for individuals in rural areas:

+ Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa city, no more than 200m2.

+ Communes in the plains are not more than 300m2.

+ Communes in midlands and mountainous areas not exceeding 400m2.

In addition, the subjects applying the land allocation limit for individuals in Dong Nai province according to Decision 42/2024/QD-UBND include:

- State land management agencies, tax authorities and entities related to land management and use.

- Individuals are allocated land by the state in Dong Nai province.

See more in Decision 42/2024/QD-UBND effective from October 8, 2024 and replacing Clause 3, Article 1 of Decision 52/2014/QD-UBND on Regulations on residential land limits; limits on allocation of vacant land, bare hills, land with water surface belonging to the unused land group for households and individuals to put into use according to planning for agricultural production, aquaculture; limits on construction of tombs, monuments, memorial steles in cemeteries and graveyards in Dong Nai province.

Cases that have applied the land use limit prescribed in Decision 52/2014/QD-UBND before the effective date of Decision 42/2024/QD-UBND do not need to be adjusted according to Decision 42/2024/QD-UBND.
