On April 28, the Provincial People's Committee listened to a report on the implementation of social housing projects and social housing projects preparing to start construction.
According to the report of the Department of Construction, the goal of 2021-2025, Dong Nai built at least 10,000 social houses. In 2025, the Prime Minister assigned the target of the province to complete more than 2,600 social houses. By the end of 2024, the province completed nearly 1,700 units.
Thus, from now until the end of 2025, the province must start construction of more than 8,300 social housing units according to the province's target, of which more than 2,600 social housing units must be completed according to the target assigned by the Central Government.
According to the report of the Department of Construction, in 2025, investors will start construction of 13 social housing projects, with a scale of nearly 13,000 apartments. Currently, 7/13 projects are no longer stuck, 6/13 projects still have some problems such as: granting environmental licenses, environmental impact assessment reporting procedures, site clearance, land allocation procedures, adjusting 1/500 planning, zoning planning...
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha requested that investors of social housing projects no longer have problems with legal procedures to speed up the construction progress, trying to complete the construction of the rough section before December 31, 2025.
For projects that are still stuck, departments, branches and localities closely coordinate and support investors in resolving them; at the same time, require investors to make plans, commit to the start date, completion time for the rough construction...
