In May 2026, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province announced that houses formed in the future are eligible for sale or lease-purchase for adjacent houses and villas belonging to component 8, Nha Trang City Mixed-Use Urban Area Project, phase 2 with a total of 310 units.
According to the announcement, previously in January 2026, the Tax Department - Khanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department confirmed that Nam Nha Trang Investment and Development Co., Ltd. had fulfilled its tax obligations to the state budget.

Housing items formed in the future are expected to be sold and leased out, including 310 low-rise houses under construction permits issued in February 2026 by the People's Committee of Nam Nha Trang ward.
The project includes 29 5-story townhouses, 199 3-story townhouses and 82 3-story villas.
The investor commits that at the time of submitting the application for approval to meet the conditions for selling houses formed in the future, the houses put into business are not in cases where there is a dispute over land use rights attached to houses and construction works; disputes over ownership of houses and construction works are being handled and resolved by competent authorities.
At the same time, these assets are not distrained to ensure judgment enforcement, are not subject to prohibited transactions or are in the period of suspension or temporary suspension of transactions according to the provisions of law.
Regarding planning, the Nha Trang City Mixed Urban Area Project was approved by the Nha Trang City People's Committee for a detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 in Decision No. 456/QD-UBND dated June 12, 2025.
The project is determined to be in accordance with planning, land use plans and legal regulations related to construction and urban planning.
The Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province also requests the investor to complete the project according to the schedule approved by competent authorities; the business of housing and construction projects formed in the future must comply with the provisions of Chapter II of the Law on Real Estate Business and the principles of real estate business according to Article 4 of this law.
Previously, in phase 1, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province announced that the Nha Trang City Mixed Urban Area Project was eligible to sell and lease-purchase 197 houses formed in the future.
Thus, to date, this project has more than 500 houses that meet the conditions for sale and lease-purchase according to regulations.
