Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just issued a notice to auction the right to use 70 plots of land for people to build houses in Ngoc Thanh Commune Residential Area, Kim Dong District, Hung Yen Province on March 28.
The plots of land have an area of 105 - 233m2, the total area of the plots is 9,805m2, the starting price for the plots is 15 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots of land ranges from 315 - 838.8 million VND.
The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction using the method of bidding up. The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 12 to 5:00 p.m. on March 25.
The auction will be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 28 at the Cultural House of Ngoc Thanh commune, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province.
Then, on March 29, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company coordinated with Tien Tien Commune People's Committee to organize an auction of the right to use 136 plots of land for people to build houses in the new residential area of Tien Tien Commune, Phu Cu District, Hung Yen Province.
The plots of land have an area of 85 - 201m2, the total area of the plots is 13,781.5m2. Starting price from 10.5 - 13.4 million VND/m2.
The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction using the method of bidding up. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on March 29 at the Cultural House of Tien Commune, Phu Cu District, Hung Yen Province.
