The Thuan Phuoc - Da Nang New Urban Area Project is built in Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District with a total area of over 976,000m2 (nearly 100ha) with 3 sides bordering the sea. The total estimated investment capital is nearly 11,500 billion VND. The goal of the project is to develop a modern, smart urban area, fully integrating high-end amenities, meeting all needs of housing, trade, services, entertainment, culture and tourism.
The urban area includes diverse housing areas such as villas, shophouses, luxury apartments, modern commercial townhouses; a complex of shopping malls, 5-6 star hotels; shopping, food and entertainment neighborhoods; along with a park system and public utilities such as schools, sports centers, community living areas.
The special highlight of the project is the theme park of more than 16 hectares, inspired by the worship of whale - a typical cultural feature of the residents of the Central Coast region. The theme park will have water parks and games for all ages, recreating the unique marine cultural space of the Central region.
The Thuan Phuoc - Da Nang New Urban Area Project promises to change the urban appearance, bringing a classy and modern living space to the city. Mr. Le Quang Nam, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, emphasized: "The city has been promoting infrastructure development to attract strategic projects, especially modern, smart and sustainable urban areas, opening a new era for Da Nang - a city worth living, visiting and worth investing in."
Mr. Nam also affirmed that Thuan Phuoc urban area is one of the key areas north of Son Tra peninsula, with the potential to become a new center of Da Nang, contributing to enhancing the urban appearance and becoming an attractive tourism, entertainment and commercial destination.
