Accordingly, the Housing project for the People's Public Security armed forces in Binh Phu ward, Ho Chi Minh City is implemented according to Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly and Decree 192 of the Government on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of social housing.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc - Deputy Minister of Public Security emphasized that the project is a project of special social significance, concretizing the policy of caring for the lives of officers and soldiers of the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security; at the same time, it is a testament to the pioneering of the Ministry of Public Security in implementing social housing policies.
The Deputy Minister requested investors to focus resources, intelligence, and means for urgent construction, applying advanced technical solutions, ensuring quality, aesthetics, and progress. He also suggested that departments, branches and local authorities continue to coordinate closely to ensure the project is implemented according to plan.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc also presented 500 million VND to support the construction of 5 charity houses and 104 million VND to support 52 orphans in Binh Phu ward.
