Recently, Vuong Cuong Group Joint Stock Company started the Vuong Cuong Luxury Housing Project in the low-rise subdivision in Du Lau ward, Viet Tri city.
This project was approved for investment by the People's Committee of Phu Tho province in 2012. However, for many different reasons, the project has not been implemented as planned, and has been 'shelved' for more than 12 years.
Previously, on November 25, 2024, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province issued Decision No. 2339/QD-UBND, approving the adjustment of the project implementation progress. Before the groundbreaking date on March 9, the site clearance work was 100% complete.
This project has a total investment of more than VND 1,868 billion, invested by Vuong Cuong Group Joint Stock Company. The total project implementation area is more than 127 thousand m2 in Du Lau ward.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper in mid-March, the land for the project is adjacent to Phu Dong Street, near the central area of Viet Tri city with urban areas, densely populated residential areas and agricultural land of the people.
The project is only about 1.2 km from Phu Tho General Hospital, about 1.9 km from Vinh Phu Bridge, about 1.9 km from Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, about 3.2 km from Hung Vuong Square, about 4 km from IC7 Intersection...
Vuong Cuong luxury housing area is designed with 224 villas and garden houses; 420 apartments. At the same time, social infrastructure projects such as: Cultural House, kindergarten, park, parking lot, sports field... will also be built.
