On November 14, Becamex Industrial Investment and Development Group - JSC (Becamex Group) and related units are urgently implementing the social security housing project - Zone 5 Dinh Hoa in Chanh Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
This is a large-scale social housing project, expected to bring housing opportunities to more than 4,000 low-income workers working in industrial parks: Dai Dang, Song Than 3, Kim Huy, Vsip, Dong An 2, My Phuoc 3, Nam Tan Uyen...
The project is invested by Becamex Group, the BIM Development Center is the design consultant, Industrial and Civil Design Consulting Joint Stock Company (IDCo) is the project management consultant and supervision consultant, the general contractor is Binh Duong Construction and Transport Joint Stock Company (BCE).

According to Becamex Group, the project will build 6 20-storey apartment buildings on a land plot of 6,570m2, apartment buildings including: H9, H10, H11, H12, G8, G9. Each building is 69.45m high, with an elevator attic. In addition, the project will build 3 blocks of 2-storey parking lots on a land area of 1,825m2.
According to records, the project construction land is located right opposite Dinh Hoa social housing area. The units have built a fence around the social security housing project - Zone 5 Dinh Hoa. The contractor is connecting the power line to have a power source for the project construction. At the same time, the construction unit is measuring the level of subsidence of the project, preparing the site, and surveying geology to build the foundation of the apartment building.
According to Becamex Group, the social housing area - Dinh Hoa area 5 will build 2,372 apartments with a total investment of VND 1,353 billion. The project implementation period is 846 days, expected to be completed in early 2028.
