Forming an urban area next to Long Thanh airport
According to the reporter's investigation, the plots of land in the resettlement area were sought after by people from many places from Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai. Each plot of land with an area of 5m x 20m is offered for 1.2 billion VND to 1.8 billion VND, while corner lots and villas can be up to 9-10 billion VND.
Near the Loc An - Binh Son resettlement area, many real estate projects have also been formed, expected to create a bustling urban area in the future.

The Loc An - Binh Son resettlement area with an area of over 280 hectares was started in 2020 and put into use in 2021, serving the resettlement of people who gave up land to build Long Thanh airport. The resettlement area has 2 component projects: the construction of technical infrastructure systems and social infrastructure.
To implement the Long Thanh airport project, Dong Nai province must reclaim an area of about 5,000 hectares. Of these, nearly 3,000 hectares are land under the use rights of households and individuals, accounting for nearly 59% of the total project area. In the project implementation area, nearly 5,600 households are affected. Among the households affected by the project, there are nearly 4,600 households subject to resettlement.
In parallel with the resettlement arrangement, the authorities of Dong Nai province are implementing solutions to solve employment problems so that people can soon stabilize their new lives in the Loc An - Binh Son Resettlement Area. According to the reporter's research, many children of people living in the Long Thanh airport resettlement area have now found new jobs at many companies in industrial parks in the area, especially Loc An - Binh Son industrial park, located opposite the resettlement area, just off Provincial Road 769.
