Also located in the new administrative area is the Cao Bang Provincial Museum project, built on an area of 2.2 hectares, with a budget of 376 billion VND.
This is not only a place to display and preserve the historical, cultural and natural values of the locality but also a space for sightseeing, learning, combined with tourism development and other types of services.
The project has a modern design, with natural light, the highlight is the square and fountain in front, creating an open space and in harmony with the landscape.
Headquarters of departments, branches and sectors
The project is in the completion stage. The project consists of three blocks of 9-storey houses with an upper floor, 1 basement and 1 attic, connected by two walkways, with a total floor area of about 43,100m2, and a total investment of 720 billion VND.
Informing reporters, the investor's representative said that the project is currently in the process of completion to suit the needs of departments and branches. It is expected that in the second quarter of 2025, departments, branches and sectors will come into operation.
When put into operation, this headquarters is considered the last "trajectory" to help the Cao Bang Provincial Public Administration Complete with a series of modern and majestic works.
This will be a workplace, receiving people from nearly 20 departments and branches such as the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Industry and Trade, Ethnic Minorities and Religions, the Economic Zone Management Board...
In addition, the headquarters of the province's Party agencies has also been completed with a scale of 7 floors, a total floor area of over 8,200m2, and an investment capital of 117 billion VND. The Provincial Conference Center has been renovated and upgraded from the local budget with a budget of nearly 15 billion VND.
The works are planned synchronously, arranged around Pac Bo Square - the center of the new administrative area, creating a modern, spacious whole, contributing to raising the urban appearance and effectively serving the operation and management of the province.
