In order to solve this problem, the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has directed relevant units to synchronously implement solutions to manage the housing market and real estate market. In particular, removing obstacles in implementing real estate projects and ensuring land funds for social housing.
Mr. Nguyen Cao Son - Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee - said that one of the key tasks that the Provincial People's Committee requires is to ensure transparency of information about the real estate market. Relevant units must publicize the list of projects eligible for business, housing development planning and land use plans. This not only helps people and businesses access accurate information, but also limits speculation and price manipulation.
The Provincial People's Committee requires localities to strictly implement regulations on reserving 20% of land funds in commercial housing projects for social housing development, while promoting site clearance to create clean land funds to attract investment in social housing projects.
One of the top priorities of Ninh Binh province is developing social housing to meet the needs of workers, laborers and low-income people.
"For social housing projects that have been selected as investors, the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province requires businesses to urgently complete legal procedures to start construction soon. At the same time, continue to review and check legal procedures, make a list of social housing projects and housing for workers eligible to borrow VND 120,000 billion.
