On July 30, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province announced that it had planned to inspect the compliance with legal regulations in construction activities for several projects in Nha Trang City.
According to the plan, the subjects of inspection are 4 construction projects and the organizations and individuals related to the inspected projects.
These include the Oceanus High-End Apartment Hotel (OC2 Tower) of Muong Thanh Group Joint Stock Company; the Muong Thanh Khanh Hoa High-End Hotel - Apartment Complex Project (TM2) of Dien Bien No. 1 Construction Private Enterprise, and the Muong Thanh Luxury Nha Trang Hotel (60 Tran Phu) of Muong Thanh Group Joint Stock Company.
In the inspection plan, the locality will also inspect the Luna Commercial Service Complex, Hotel, Tourist Apartment, and Office for Lease Project (18 Tran Hung Dao) of Nhat Minh Tourism Joint Stock Company; the Hoan Kiem Hotel and Apartment Complex Project (25 Phan Chu Trinh) of Son Lam Nha Trang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company;
At these projects, the inter-agency inspection team will check the compliance with legal regulations on construction; handle construction violations regarding construction order, and put the projects into use without organizing acceptance according to regulations.
Additionally, the inter-agency team of Khanh Hoa Province will inspect the compliance with fire safety measures (PCCC), the implementation of fire safety acceptance for projects put into use but not yet accepted according to industry regulations; the management of temporary residence declarations at the inspected projects; the issuance of certificates of eligibility for security and order.
Inspections related to the star rating for hotels and tourist apartments. The management and warning of hotels and tourist apartments (if any) when they do not meet the conditions for tourism accommodation service business according to Article 49 of the 2017 Tourism Law but are in operation; related to the issuance of certificates of property ownership on land and related industry regulations.
