Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on land recovery and land allocation to VT Group Bac Giang Joint Stock Company to implement the project: social housing in Zone No. 8, sub-zone No. 2, Bac Giang ward, Bac Ninh province.
Accordingly, the land area to be recovered is 3,670.4 m2 managed by Bac Giang Ward People's Committee. Reason for land recovery: According to Clause 2, Article 82 of the 2024 Land Law (Land users who voluntarily return land).
Land use form: The State allocates land with land use fees with an area of 3,670.4 m2 (OXH symbol plot).
Land use term: According to the operating time of the approved investment project.
Investors must bear restrictions on the rights of land users according to legal regulations.
The decision also clearly states the responsibilities of departments, branches, localities and investors in the implementation.
In which, the investor is responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Bac Giang Ward and relevant agencies to receive land handover on the ground; putting the land into use and using the land in accordance with the boundaries and purposes assigned; complying with the provisions of law on land, investment, construction, environment and related laws; being responsible for paying land use fees, implementing land use fee reduction, items deducted from land use fees, and recording land use fee debts (if any) according to regulations.
Construction of technical infrastructure of the project on the allocated area in accordance with the approved plan.
Bac Ninh is one of the leading localities in the country in terms of social housing development results. In 2025, the province completed nearly 20,000 social housing units, accounting for about 20% of the country's total supply.
In 2026, the province was assigned a target of 19,000 units, higher than Hanoi, but the province sets a target to continue completing over 20,000 units.
