Revealing the investor of 86 billion VND commercial housing in Lao Cai

Lao Cai - The commercial housing project in the residential area of Coc Leu ward with an investment capital of VND 86.5 billion has just been approved for investment by the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.

Information from the Lao Cai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, the unit has just issued a decision approving the investment policy and investor of the residential commercial housing project in Group 6, Coc Leu Ward.

Accordingly, Cong Minh Construction Company Limited (owner is Duyen Hai Lao Cai Investment Company Limited) with head office in Coc Leu ward, Lao Cai city will participate in investing in the construction of a commercial housing project in the residential area behind Luong Khanh Thien street, Le Van Huu street, Coc Leu ward.

The project has a land use scale of 10,387.7 m2, of which residential land is 4,787.3 m2; the floor area for housing construction is 12,086 m2, including 6 plots of villa land, 37 townhouses and 1 plot of land in the current state. The project investment capital is more than 86.5 billion VND.

Regarding the construction progress, technical infrastructure construction from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the second quarter of 2026; housing construction from the second quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2027.
