14 projects include: Honey Beach Tourist Area, Tan Dai Duong Tourist Area, Tan Viet Phat 1 Commercial and Service Center (supplementing with an area of 2 hectares), tourist service urban area of Hung Loc Phat Investment Co., Ltd., Phu Hai Housing Area, Ham Kiem I Industrial Park, Ham Kiem II Industrial Park, Phan Thiet Industrial Park Phase 1 and Aloha Beach Village apartment villa, Xuan Quynh tourist area, Nguyen Sa tourist area, Hon Co tourist area.
According to this department, currently, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province has issued a decision to stipulate a number of factors estimating the development revenue, development costs of the land parcel and land according to the surplus method and factors affecting the land price when determining the detailed price in Binh Thuan province has removed the above problems, effective from December 15, 2024. According to the actual needs, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Binh Thuan Province needs to hire a consultant to determine the detailed land price for calculating land rent and land use fee for the above projects.
