This premises has a lease area of 1,517m2, a usable area of 1,400m2, a structure of one ground floor and seven upper floors. However, Thai Cong Vietnam Company Limited said that this information is false.

Similarly, a 200m2 frontage space on Cach Mang Thang Tam Street (District 3) has been rented for many months now at a price of 1.25 billion VND/month.
"With this space, tenants can use it as a company, clinic, spa, restaurant... However, with the current situation, people are tightening their spending, business is difficult, so the space has a high rental price, customers will consider more carefully" - Mr. Trong, real estate broker of this house, said.
