32 plots of land (LK05 and LK06) up for auction today are located in Long Khuc field, Tien Yen commune. The plots of land range in area from 97 - 172m2; the deposit for each plot ranges from 142 - 251 million VND. The starting price is 7.3 million VND/m2.
The auctioned lots have relatively nice locations. Both areas have a direct view of Ring Road 4 and are located right next to the lake. Lot LK05 is located next to the football field. Lot LK06 is located next to the social housing project.
The auction format is still direct voting in multiple rounds, minimum 6 rounds. The common price step applied in all rounds is 6 million VND/m2.
