    Dong Nai - Tin Nghia Corporation Joint Stock Company is leased 27,647.7 m2 of clean land to invest in construction of technical infrastructure of An Phuoc Industrial Park.

    On April 15, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province had just decided to lend to Tin Nghia Corporation 27,647.7 m2 of land (has been confirmed by the People's Committee of Long Thanh District to complete the completion of compensation, support, site clearance) in An Phuoc commune, Long Thanh district for use for industrial park purposes (investment in construction and business of technical infrastructure of An Phuoc Industrial Park).

    The structure and area of ​​land use, of which industrial land is 10,841.4 m2, greenery is 9,789.7 m2 and traffic land is 7,016.6 m2.

    Duration of land use until 4.9.2062, the form of land lease is the State for leasing land to pay annually with the rental price of 2 million VND/m2.
