National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just announced the auction of the right to use 23 plots of land in Duoc Thuong village, Tien Duoc commune, Soc Son district. This is an area within the Soc Son satellite urban planning.
The plots of land have an area of 89 - 200m2. The starting auction price is 17,457,000 VND/m2. The prescribed price step is 2 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is from 311 - 698 million VND/plot of land.
At this auction, the auction form is regulated to be a direct vote in one round at the auction using the method of bidding up.
The auction is expected to take place at 8:30 a.m. on March 19 at Soc Son District Gymnasium (address: Group 3, Soc Son Town, Soc Son District, Hanoi City).
Previously, on March 8, the auction of 36 plots of land in Dong Lai village, Quang Tien commune, Soc Son district took place successfully.
At the end of the auction, the A17 plot of land with the highest winning price was up to 48.9 million VND/m2, equivalent to a total value of more than 4.4 billion VND. The plot of land with the lowest winning price was 29.9 million VND/m2, with a total value of more than 5.3 billion VND.
These are 36 plots of land that have been unsuccessfully auctioned due to the subjects destroying the auction when paying 30 billion VND/m2 on November 29, 2024.
