Ham Tien - Mui Ne New Urban, Commercial and Service Area Project (Area III) in Phu Hai Ward, Ham Tien Ward and Thien Nghiep Commune, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province. Previously, on December 11, 2024, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province signed a decision approving the investment No. 2158/QD for the Joint Venture of Phu Quoc Beautiful Sea Investment Company Limited and Ha Long Sun Company Limited to implement this project. The total investment value of the project is 12,000 billion VND.

According to current records in Thien Nghiep commune, Phan Thiet city, many notice boards have been placed by the People's Committee of the commune in the project area, along Vo Nguyen Giap street, Thien Nghiep commune on the way to Mui Ne.
The notice board has a red background and yellow letters with the notice content "The Ham Tien - Mui Ne New Urban and Service Area Project Area (Area III) has currently been approved by the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province. All acts of encroachment, occupation, and construction of works and houses without permission or law without proper purpose are strictly prohibited. Any violations will be handled according to the law".

The People's Committee of Thien Nghiep commune also announced that if households and individuals want to know more details about the project, they should contact the People's Committee of the commune.
The placement of notice boards aims to prevent encroachment on project land and illegal construction. Because in Phan Thiet city, many incidents like the above have occurred in recent times, causing disorder in construction and the locality has resolutely enforced and dismantled illegal construction works.

Regarding planning, the Ham Tien - Mui Ne New Urban Area for Trade and Services (Area III) project has a scale of nearly 220 hectares. The urban area includes 5,500 housing products on an area of over 80 hectares. The population is about 15,000 people. The project has been in operation for 50 years, with a progress of 10 years.
Previously, the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City had reviewed, counted, measured, and compiled all the compensation, support and resettlement records of the Area III project to hand over to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to continue implementing compensation and site clearance.
