With the initial investment, I have made a profit of nearly 1 billion VND after more than two years, Mr. Hoang shared.
Similarly, Ms. Le Thu Phuong (35 years old, Bac Giang) has a large amount of idle money but does not know where to invest in the context of low bank interest rates and strong fluctuations in stocks. After a period of research, she realized that land is a safe channel to accumulate assets if she can choose an area with potential.
In early 2023, when the real estate market was quiet, many investors faced financial difficulties and had to sell at a loss to recover capital. I see this as an opportunity to buy at a good price instead of waiting for the market to become vibrant again, because then the price may have increased. After consulting with some knowledgeable people about real estate, I decided to buy a plot of land in Hoai Duc, Hanoi for 1.8 billion VND".
Not expecting to surf or make a quick profit, Ms. Phuong determined that this was a long-term investment, at least for a year to avoid risks. This area has the advantage of a strong development of transport infrastructure, clear urban expansion planning and the demand for housing increasing with the development of the area. By the beginning of 2025, when the market has changed positively, my land plot has increased significantly in price, and transactions are also more favorable. I decided to transfer for 2.7 billion VND, earning a profit of nearly 1 billion VND".
Commenting on investment opportunities, Mr. Tran Duy Long (39 years old - Ha Dong, Hanoi), a real estate broker with more than 10 years of experience, believes that the market not only brings opportunities when they are vibrant but even in difficult periods, investors can take advantage to buy at reasonable prices. When many people hesitate and wait for clear signals, those with a long-term vision and early action are often the ones to achieve the best profits.
On the contrary, when the market enters a period of strong growth, the fear of missing out makes many people willing to buy at a higher price, which unintentionally narrows the profit margin compared to those who have been in the lead of the trend before.
Regarding the investment trend of F0 investors, Mr. Long said that cash flow from this group is currently focusing on areas with real development potential. They prioritize real estate selection in areas with real value, synchronous infrastructure and clear legal status.
"Compared to before, F0 investors now have more careful preparation in terms of finance, cash flow as well as investment strategy. They researched more deeply before deciding to spend money instead of investing in the movement" - Mr. Long commented.
