Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 51 plots of land for people to build houses in Yen Dong commune, Ninh Binh province.
The plots of land have an area of 92 - 150m2, the total area put up for auction is 6,239.40m2. The starting price ranges from 4 - 9.2 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 600 million VND to more than 1 billion VND/plot. The total starting price of all assets is 40,625,760,000 VND.
The price step applies to all land lots with a minimum of VND 1,000/m2. The price step is used as the basis for determining the valid bid price of the auction participant. Accordingly, the valid bid must be equal to or higher than the starting price, and the winning auction price must be one step higher than the starting price for each plot of land.
The auction will take place in the form of direct voting in one round for each plot of land. The auction method is to bid upward, participants bid by unit of m2 and receive land by lot. The purchase price of a plot of land is calculated by the winning auction price/m2 multiplied by the area of that plot of land.
The registration documents to participate in the auction will be sold and received from 8:00 a.m. on September 16, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2025 at the headquarters of Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company; at the same time, from 8:00 a.m. on September 22, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2025 at the headquarters of Yen Dong Commune People's Committee. Participants submit documents directly to the People's Committee of Yen Dong commune or the headquarters of Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company.
The auction will start at 7:00 a.m. on October 3, 2025 at the hall of the People's Committee of Yen Dong commune, Ninh Binh province.
