On April 20, the Inspectorate of the Department of Construction continued to inspect the management, use, rental, hire-purchase and purchase of social housing in projects in Bien Hoa City.
The team inspected more than 700 apartments in 4 social housing blocks including A1, A2, B1, B2, in Quang Vinh ward, Bien Hoa city managed and operated by Dong Nai Housing Trading Joint Stock Company.
Previously, on April 19, the delegation inspected the A6-A7 Social Housing Project, Quang Vinh Ward, Bien Hoa City.
The representative of the inspection team said that through inspection of the two projects, the team found that there were some cases of using the wrong subjects, leaving items encroaching on the corridor and common space affecting fire prevention and fighting.
Some cases have returned their houses and apartments that are left vacant and unused. Some households reported being homeless, the group suggested that investors continue to review and inspect to report to the group.
In the coming days, the team will continue to inspect 3 other social housing projects in Bien Hoa City.
After the inspection, the team will report to the Department of Construction for timely correction. For cases of inspection by the wrong subjects or lack of housing, the group will request the investor to provide documents, in case of wrong subjects, the house will be proposed for revocation and handled according to regulations...
