Subjects entitled to social housing policies
According to Article 76 of the Law on Housing 2023, 12 subjects entitled to social housing policies include:
1. People with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of martyrs are in case of support for housing improvement in accordance with the Ordinance on preferential treatment of people with meritorious services to the revolution.
2. Poor and near -poor households in rural areas.
3. Poor and near -poor households in rural areas are often affected by natural disasters and climate change.
4. Poor and near -poor households in urban areas.
5. Low -income people in the urban area.
6. Workers, workers are working at enterprises, cooperatives, unions of cooperatives inside and outside industrial parks.
7. Officers, professional soldiers, non -commissioned officers of the people's armed forces, police workers, civil servants, workers and defense officials are serving in the army; Cipher workers, other people in the organization of cipher paid salaries from the state budget are working.
8. Cadres, civil servants and public employees in accordance with the law on cadres, civil servants and public employees.
9. The subject has returned the official housing in accordance with Clause 4, Article 125 of the Law on Housing 2023, except for cases of recovery of official housing due to violating the provisions of this Law.
10. Households and individuals in the case of land acquisition and must be cleared and demolished houses in accordance with the law without being compensated by the State by housing and residential land.
11. Students, university students, institutes, universities, colleges, vocational training, specialized schools in accordance with the law; Students of public boarding school.
12. Enterprises, cooperatives, cooperatives union in industrial parks.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 77 of the Law on Housing 2023, the subjects who are purchased, hired and rented social houses include 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10.
In addition, subject 7 has not been entitled to a policy of supporting housing for the people's armed forces, it will be resolved for buying, buying and renting social houses.
In addition, based on local conditions, the provincial People's Committee may stipulate the support for sale, sale, rent, and rental of social houses for subjects 2 and 3.
How many social houses are you buy?
Pursuant to Clause 6, Clause 7, Article 88 of the 2023 Housing Law, stipulating the principle of selling, renting and leasing social housing:
- Each object specified in Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10, Article 76 of this Law can only buy or hire a social housing. Subjects specified in Clause 7, Article 76 of this Law can only be purchased or hired to buy a social housing or a house for the people's armed forces.
- Each object specified in Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Article 76 of this Law at each time only rent a social house. Subjects specified in Clause 7, Article 76 of this Law at each time are only allowed to rent a social house or 1 house for the people's armed forces.
Thus, according to the above provisions, each citizen can only buy up to 1 social house.
The regulation of each individual can only buy a maximum of a social house to ensure that those who really need to be prioritized, contributing to improving the quality of life for people, especially those in difficult circumstances.
