The planning location is on Tha La peninsula, Dau Tieng lake, in Dinh Thanh commune, Dau Tieng district, Binh Duong province. This is a peninsula with three sides bordering Dau Tieng Lake, one side bordering Cau Mountain Protection Forest and the other side bordering DH 703 Road.
The planning area is about 458 hectares wide, including land for tourism development and water surface in natural lakes.
Tha La peninsula is planned to build a high-class eco-tourism, resort and entertainment service area. It is expected to build 4,880 rooms.
Tourism activities can serve about 37,000-61,000 visitors per day.
It is expected that this tourist area can create jobs for about 16,000 - 20,000 workers.
According to records, Binh Duong is a province with developed industry, urban areas, and services, attracting more than 1 million workers from other provinces.
