On December 6, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company and My Duc District Land Fund Development Center will organize an auction of land use rights for 82 plots of land in Lot 3 Dong Chua, Kinh Dao Village, An My Commune, My Duc District, Hanoi City. The plots have a total area of 11,164.1 square meters. The starting price is 2.12 million VND/square meter.
The auction is held by direct voting in one round at the auction (auction by plot) and by ascending price method.
The auction is expected to take place on the afternoon of December 6, 2024 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Thuong Lam Commune, My Duc District, Hanoi City.
Also on December 6, My Duc district organized an auction of land use rights for 115 plots of land in Dong Du area, Mai Sau area, Tri village and Dong Ri - Bo Va area, Noi village, Thuong Lam commune, My Duc district, Hanoi. The plots of land have an area of 93 - 178m2 with starting prices of 1.7 million VND/m2 to 2.1 million VND/m2.
Auction method and format: Auction by direct voting in one round at the auction according to the ascending price method. The auction will be held at 13:30 on December 6 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Thuong Lam Commune, My Duc District, Hanoi City.
On December 13, My Duc district continued to organize the auction of land use rights for 40 plots of land in Dung Duoi area, Bot Xuyen village; Go La area, Phu Huu village; Dong Trai 1 area, Cua Vong area, My Tien village, Bot Xuyen commune, My Duc district, Hanoi.
The plots of land have an area of 97 - 315m2 with starting prices from 1.1 million VND/m2 to 1.7 million VND/m2. Auction method and form, auction by direct voting in one round at the auction according to the ascending price method.
The auction will be held at 1:30 p.m. on December 13 at the hall of the People's Committee of Bot Xuyen commune, My Duc district.
With a starting price of VND1.1 million/m2, the auction on December 13 in My Duc district is the lowest starting price compared to recent land auctions in Hanoi. Accordingly, the land auction in Me Linh district is VND1.5 million/m2, Hoai Duc district starts at VND7.3 million/m2, Ung Hoa ranges from VND6 million to VND7.2 million/m2, Thanh Oai district starts at VND5.3 million/m2.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep - Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors - commented that the starting price in auctions in Hanoi is low and it is necessary to increase this price. In addition, it is necessary to increase the deposit rate to about 50% and shorten the time to pay the winning bid. This will limit cases of blatant price inflation.
