It is expected that on May 27, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will coordinate with the Phu Xuyen District Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of the right to use 30 plots of land in Ba Hoa 2 area, Phong Trieu village, Nam Phong commune, Phu Xuyen district, Hanoi city. The total area of the plots of land is 2,600.44 m2.
The plots of land have areas ranging from 75 - 117m2; starting price is 3,430,000 VND/m2.
The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction, up to 3 rounds; open and publicly announce the results, the maximum time for writing and voting to bid for each round is 10 minutes. The auction operator will publicize and guide the contents stated in the auction phieu.
In the first round, the price step was 9,000,000 VND/m2 and in the third round, the price step was 500,000 VND/m2.
Those who want to participate in the auction can refer to and download free documents to participate in the auction of land use rights at the place where the invitation to participate in the auction is public, starting from May 9.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on May 9 to 5:00 p.m. on May 22. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on May 27 at the Phu Xuyen District Cultural Information and Sports Center.
