The plots of land have an area of 92 - 281m2; the starting price for each plot of land is from 30 - 36 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting in one round at the auction for each plot of land.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 22 to 5:00 p.m. on May 6. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 9 at the People's Committee of Phung Hung commune.
Also on May 9, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company coordinated with the People's Committee of Kim Dong district to organize an auction of the right to use 60 plots of land in Chinh Nghia commune, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 83.8 - 85m2; the starting price for the plots of land is from 17 - 20.4 million VND/m2.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 18 to 5:00 p.m. on May 6. The auction will take place at 7:30 a.m. on May 9 at the Kim Dong District Cultural House.
Previously, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company issued a notice to auction the right to use 17 plots of land for people to build houses in Lac Dao commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province on May 10.
The plots of land have an area of 69 - 160m2, with starting prices ranging from 13.5 - 20.1 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round according to the method of bidding up.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 18 to 5:00 p.m. on May 7. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on May 10 at the Headquarters of the People's Committee of Dinh Du commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.
Then, on the afternoon of May 10, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Environment - People's Committee of Van Lam district to organize an auction of the right to use 49 plots of land for people to build houses in Dinh Du commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 78 - 92m2, starting price from 13.7 - 16.5 million VND/m2. Auction according to each land plot group, by direct secret ballot in 1 round.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 18 to 5:00 p.m. on May 7. The auction will take place at 2:00 p.m. on May 10 at the Headquarters of the People's Committee of Dinh Du commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.
Also on May 10, the Property Auction Service Center under the Hung Yen Department of Justice coordinated with the People's Committee of Tien Phong commune to organize an auction of the right to use 81 plots of land to build houses in the planned location in Tien Phong commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen province.
81 plots of land include LK-A location with 24 plots of land from LKA-1 to plot number LKA-24; LK-B location with 15 plots of land from LKB-1 to plot number LKB-15; LK-C location with 16 plots of land from LKC-1 to plot number LKC-16; LK-D location with 26 plots of land from LKD-1 to plot number LKD-26.
The starting price is calculated on 1m2, with 5 levels as follows: 17,000,000 VND; 19,000,000 VND; 20,900,000 VND; 22,800,000 VND; 23,750,000 VND.
Starting time to register to participate in the auction: 8:30 a.m. on April 21 to 4:30 p.m. on May 7. The auction will be held at 7:45 a.m. on May 10 at the Tien Phong Commune People's Committee Hall.
