The social housing project at plot NO1 of Ha Dinh new urban area (Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district) is invested by a consortium of Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Company (UDIC), Haweicco Hanoi Electricity and Water Construction Joint Stock Company, DAC Hanoi Housing Development and Trading Joint Stock Company.
The project started construction in December 2024, on a land area of 9,305m2, about 800m from the Nguyen Trai - Khuat Duy Tien intersection.
On plot NO1, a 25-storey apartment building will be built, in which from the 1-5 floor there will be a service office space combined with a parking area and auxiliary techniques, from the 6th to the 25th floor there will be an apartment area with 1 basement.
The total number of apartments includes 440 apartments, of which the number of social housing apartments is 365, with an area of about 70m2 - 76.24m2.
The number of social housing units for sale is 255 apartments (apartment area is about 70m2 - 76.24m2). The number of social housing units for rent is 37 apartments (apartment area is about 70m2). The number of social housing units for rent is 73 apartments (apartment area is about 70m2). The number of commercial apartments is 75 (area of about 76.24m2 - 89.82m2).
According to the Department of Construction, the estimated selling price of apartments in this project is 25 million VND per m2. With the above unit price, a 70m2 apartment in the Ha Dinh social housing project costs about 1.75 billion VND.
According to records, many machines and workers are currently mobilized by the construction unit to implement the foundation and tunnel items of the project.
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Pham Trung Dinh - Director of the Construction Investment Project Management Board of the Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation said that the unit strives to complete the foundation and basement before July, ensuring service for receiving home purchase documents.
"The investor and the contractor are making the most of the available advantages, implementing the construction of methodical items, meeting the progress" - Mr. Dinh said. As planned, the project will be completed before the fourth quarter of 2027.
