The project is invested by two units, Noi Bai Infrastructure Joint Stock Company and Hung Yen Infrastructure Development and Trading Service Joint Stock Company with the expected total investment capital, the structure of investment capital is more than VND 1,000 billion, carried out 24 months from the date the City People's Committee decides to establish an industrial cluster and expected 50 -year operation.
The project is invested and built in a green, clean industrial orientation to save energy, without causing environmental, air and noise pollution; Application of high technology technology. The investor is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of information, figures and documents attached to the proposal; ensure equity, loan capital, mobilized capital; allocate enough capital to implement the project as prescribed. The project is only implemented after completing the procedures for investment, planning, land, environment, construction, safety of fire prevention and fighting, occupational safety ... according to the provisions of law and city. Only execute when eligible for construction of works as prescribed.
The investor is entitled to land to build technical infrastructure of Mai Dinh industrial cluster; ensure the conditions for land allocation, land lease, and allow to change land use purpose to implement investment projects as prescribed; Use land for the right purpose to build the work according to the decision on land allocation and land lease. Absolutely do not arrange residential units, stay and commercial centers within the boundaries of industrial clusters.
In addition, the project transfer is strictly prohibited and mobilizing capital in contravention of the law in any form to implement the project, in case the violation will be revoked and handled in accordance with the law.
