Son La - The province has just approved the establishment of a project to build a land price list to apply from January 1, 2026.

On April 19, according to information from the Office of the People's Committee of Son La province, the People's Committee of the province has just issued a decision allowing the establishment of a Land Price List Construction Project in the province to be applied from January 1, 2026.

The project is invested by the Department of Agriculture and Environment, with a total estimated cost of more than 2.13 billion VND.

According to the decision, the new land price list will be built according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, to ensure a legal basis, serve state management, calculate land use fees, land rent, compensation for site clearance and many other activities related to land.

The project has the time implemented in 2025, the funding will be taken from the provincial budget. Previously, the Provincial People's Committee allocated VND 900 million to the Department of Agriculture and Environment in Decision No. 393/QD-STNMT; The remaining budget of VND 1.24 billion will be advised by the Department of Finance to submit to the competent authority for supplementation.

The establishment of a new land price list is assigned to the Department of Agriculture and Environment to closely coordinate with districts, cities, towns and communes, wards and towns in the province.
