Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the auction of land use rights for 26 plots of land in land plots TDC-DV02; TDC-DV07; TDC-DV10; TDC-DV11 and TDC-DV12 in HUD - Son Tay urban area, Trung Hung ward, Son Tay town, Hanoi city on March 30.
The plots of land have an area of 102 - 142m2, the starting price for each plot of land is VND 23,168,000/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting with a maximum of 3 rounds (2 mandatory rounds) at the auction using the method of bidding up.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 14 to 5:00 p.m. on March 26. The auction will start at 8:00 a.m. on March 30 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Son Tay town.
Previously, on March 8, Son Tay town successfully auctioned 27 plots of land belonging to the Technical Infrastructure Construction Project of the land auctioned for land use rights in Van Goi - Dong Quan area and 1 plot of land belonging to the Tien Huan inter-land area, Vien Son ward.
The auction attracted 137 customers to participate in the auction. The starting price for 27 plots of land in the Van Goi - Dong Quan area is 16.698 million VND/m2, with a step price of 3 million VND/step price. In addition, a plot of land in Tien Huan inter-land area, Vien Son ward, Son Tay town has a starting price of 10.35 million VND/m2, with a price step of 100,000 VND/step. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot for land plots.
As a result, 25 customers won the auction of 28 plots of land with a total auctioned area of 3,146.m2. The highest winning price was 55 million VND/m2, in a corner house, with an area of about 110m2; while the lowest winning apartment was over 30 million VND/m2 but with a larger area.
