On May 12, the construction unit is focusing on human resources to urgently relocate the building in the Tan Van fish hatchery area, Binh Thang ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province.
This is one of the houses in the construction planning area of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Binh Duong province.
At the Tan Van intersection of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, there is a building about 1,000 m2 wide, previously used as a restaurant. The building is located in an area that must be relocated to make way for the construction site of the Tan Van intersection of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tai - Director of Thien Loc Light Company (the construction unit of the relocation of the building) said that the building with an area of about 1,000 m2, built about 20 years ago, was partially removed, the remaining area of about 400 m2 was relocated to give up the construction site of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3.
The remaining part of the building (about 25 m wide, about 15 m long). This building has 3 usable floors and 1 roof floor. The total weight is over 1,000 tons, requiring relocation of about 40 m.
The unit had to use iron bars to support and weld iron to strengthen the building's structure. Then, they dug the foundation and used the hydraulic shock to lift the building.
After 1 month of implementation, the building was successfully raised to 1.7 m from the original location.

Next, it is necessary to make new nails for the building and pour concrete as the ground to relocate the building. This unit is using rollers to relocate the building. Currently, the building has relocated about 15 m compared to the original position. About 15 days, the building moved into a new location, yielding the entire ground for construction of Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City.
Previously, at the end of March 2025, when giving up the site for the parallel road project at Tan Van intersection, a house was tilted. The house is being reinforced and upgraded to balance it for continued use.
It is known that the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project has a total length of 76.34 km, passing through 4 localities including Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Long An. The total investment of this project is 75,378 billion VND, including 33,788 billion VND for construction costs and 41,590 billion VND for site clearance.
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 passing through Binh Duong province is about 26.6 km long, with a total investment of VND 19,280 billion. Of which, the Tan Van intersection construction package will start construction at the end of April 2024.
