On March 25, Inspection Decision No. 431 signed by Mr. Tran Thanh Toan - Chief Inspector of Binh Thuan province to inspect compliance with legal regulations on investment and implementation of the Summerland Urban Tourism Service and Tourism Project and the Hon Rom Hill High-end Villa and Resort has come into effect.
Summerland Urban Tourism Service Project of Hung Loc Phat Phan Thiet Investment Company Limited, Phu Hai Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province. The Hon Rom Hill Luxury Villa and Resort Project of Thien Hai Joint Stock Company, Mui Ne Ward, Phan Thiet City.
According to the inspection decision, the inspection period of the above two projects is from the investment preparation stage to the present time. The inspection period is 45 working days, from the date of issuance of the inspection decision.
The inspection team consists of 13 people, of which Mr. Le Anh Tuan, Head of Professional Affairs Department 2, Binh Thuan Provincial Inspectorate is the head of the team. The members participating in the delegation are officials of the Economic Police Department, Binh Thuan Provincial Police; Tax Department of Region XV, Department of Finance; Department of Construction; Department of Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Inspectorate.
