On the morning of May 21, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City worked with investors of 7 housing and apartment projects to remove obstacles in granting pink books.
Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City, and also Head of the Working Group for resolving issues related to the issuance of Land Use Rights Certificates and ownership of assets attached to land to organizations and individuals in commercial housing development projects in Ho Chi Minh City (Work Group 5013) - chaired the meeting.
In this period, 7 projects are considered for removing pink books in Thu Duc City, District 1 and Binh Thanh District.
Apartment building - HH4.30 Service - Trade Office, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, invested by Elegance Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, with a scale of 630 apartments and 398 officetel apartments.
Lot H - TDH Riverview, Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc City, invested by Thu Duc House Development Joint Stock Company, with a scale of 214 apartments.
TDH Apartment Building, Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc City, also invested by Thuduc House, with a scale of 168 apartments.
The housing area in Phuoc Long B ward, Thu Duc city, invested by Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company, has a scale of 256 plots of land.
The housing area in Phu Huu ward, Thu Duc city, invested by Real Estate Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company III, includes 382 plots of land and 568 apartments.
Pearl Plaza Seniority Trade - Service - Office and Apartment Center, No. 561A Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, invested by SSG Van Thanh Joint Stock Company, with a scale of 123 apartments, 54 offices and 8 shopping centers.
The Estella luxury apartment, No. 88/4 Song Hanh, An Phu ward, Thu Duc city, invested by Estella Joint Venture Company Limited, with a scale of 719 apartments.
After listening to reports from relevant units and opinions of investors, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City, Head of Working Group 5013 agreed to issue Certificates for projects that have completed procedures.
For projects that lack documents, Mr. Thang requested investors and related units to urgently complete so that the Land Registration Office can issue pink books to investors and home buyers.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang chaired a working session of Working Group 5013 with investors of 8 projects in Thu Duc City, District 10, District 12, Tan Phu District and Binh Chanh District to resolve similar problems.
After 6 months of operation, Working Group 5013 held 27 meetings to remove obstacles for 142 commercial housing development projects in Ho Chi Minh City.
In particular, the working group has handled procedures for granting land use right certificates to home buyers at7/142 projects, providing the real estate market with 71,418/89,672 products, including apartments, houses, land, officetel, stores and more than 888 other real estate products.
For the group of documents that have not been granted pink books, the Department of Agriculture and Environment said it will continue to group and classify the causes of problems to develop a roadmap for final handling in 2025.
