    Accordingly, one more project is added to the 2024 land use plan of Nam Tu Liem district. That is the Golden Palace A Amusement Park, School and Residential, Commercial and Service Complex project in Me Tri ward and Phu Do ward, with an area of ​​19.06 hectares.

    The total adjusted land area in 2024 is 3,216.92 hectares, of which: Agricultural land 308.94 hectares; non-agricultural land 2,907.98 hectares.

    At the same time, land types will be recovered in 2024, with agricultural land being 455.99 hectares and non-agricultural land being 2.78 hectares.

    Land use purpose change in 2024 with agricultural land converted to non-agricultural land is 455.99ha.

    In addition, the number of projects and area stated in Clause 3, Article 1 of Decision No. 3908/QD-UBND dated July 29, 2024 is adjusted to 140 projects, with a total area of ​​747.8 hectares.
