The Handbook on State Management in the Land Sector when implementing two-level local governance of the Department of Land Management stipulates the dossier and time for handling errors in correcting the first issued Certificate.
Components and quantity of documents:
a) Composition of the dossier
- Application for registration of changes in land and assets attached to land according to Form No. 18 issued with Decree No. 151/2025/ND-CP.
- Original Certificate of Land Use Rights.
- Documents proving that the information of the person granted the Certificate is incorrect compared to the information at the time of request for correction or that the information about the land plot or assets attached to the land is incorrect compared to the information on the issued Certificate.
- Documents on authorization according to the provisions of civil law in cases of procedures performed through a representative.
b) Number of documents: 01 set.
Processing time: no more than 08 working days
For mountainous communes, islands, remote areas, areas with difficult socio-economic conditions, areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions, the implementation period shall not exceed 18 working days.
Subjects performing administrative procedures:
- Individuals and communities.
- Organize land use in the form prescribed in Articles 118 and 3, Article 120 of the Land Law or in the cases prescribed in Articles 119 and 2, Article 120 of the Land Law and are exempted from all land use fees and land rents for the entire lease term according to the Government's regulations on land use fees and land rents.
