Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that in the spirit of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the heroic Vietnam People's Army, our Army comes from the people, fights for the people, completes every mission, overcomes every difficulty, and defeats every enemy.
According to the Prime Minister, Lao Cai province needs to be more determined and make greater efforts to build Lao Cai into a rich and powerful border province.
At the same time, localities must pay attention to people's lives, promote social security policies, especially eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses and building social housing for people.
The Prime Minister also pointed out that building social housing must ensure quality standards, environment, and amenities for people with the most favorable purchase and lease-purchase policies for people. In addition, the Prime Minister requested that the project must be completed by June 2025.
The project is invested by the Joint Venture of Dong A Golden Square Joint Stock Company and Foodinco Quy Nhon Joint Stock Company under Alphanam Group, organized in the residential area adjacent to the extended B6 road, Bac Lenh ward, Lao Cai.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hai - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alphanam Group said: The Social Housing Project in the residential area adjacent to the extended B6 road with the commercial name Golden Square Lao Cai Social Housing Project was approved for investment policy by the People's Committee of Lao Cai province with the scale: Land use area of 42,317.7m2, population of about 5,589 people, with 4 buildings from 18 to 23 floors, total number of apartments 2,189 units, total investment of 2,085 billion VND, project implementation progress from 2024 to 2029.
The project is planned with synchronous infrastructure with landscape system, modern utility services such as kindergarten, entertainment center, clubs - outdoor sports training area, children's playground, flower garden, smart modern parking lot.
This is one of the key projects of Lao Cai province to gradually concretize the program and plan for housing development in the province; contributing to providing housing products with the best price and best quality for the people. Thereby ensuring stable accommodation for beneficiaries of social housing policies.
