On the morning of September 17, present in Toan Luu commune, a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper recorded that in Ngoc Ha village, Vinh Cat village, many plots of garden land of the people have been leveled, paved to create a flat surface, and a concrete road has been opened to "sell goods" for sale.
Ms. Nguyen Thi H (residing in Ngoc Ha village) said that for about a week now, she has seen hundreds of cars from inside and outside the province coming here to survey and buy land.
"There was a 7-meter wide, 20-meter long plot of land that last year cost only 500 to 600 million VND, but now it is being advertised for sale at 1.5 billion VND," said Ms. H.
When asked whether the land price actually increased due to large demand for buyers or a virtual "fever", Ms. H said that the land price increased but in reality it only increased slightly by about 30%, not more than 2 times, most likely due to the trick of creating a virtual fever of the brokerage department.

Mr. Tran Ba Hoanh - Vice Chairman of Toan Luu Commune People's Committee - said that about a week ago, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board held a Conference to announce the Zoning Plan for the construction of the Western Ha Tinh Industrial Park (in Toan Luu Commune), at a scale of 1/2,000.
Since then, every day many land brokers have come to ask to buy, creating a virtual land fever here.
"There is still a lot of land here. There is no real land fever. Many brokers come together to create a virtual fever. In fact, few people have paid for the transfer transaction, Mr. Hoanh shared.
According to Mr. Hoanh, in the face of such a virtual land fever, the local government has advised people to be cautious, avoid getting caught up in a virtual fever, borrow money to buy land, "hold" land, leading to difficulties, debt, and disruption of life.
