On November 3, a source of Lao Dong reporter said that the Land Registration Office (Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hanoi) sent a document to Song Da Hoang Long Joint Stock Company (Song Da - Hoang Long Company) regarding the receipt of the application for the Certificate of Pink Book at Building 18T1-18T2, the project of the high-rise commercial service apartment complex in the new urban area of Nam An Khanh (Hoai Duc, Hanoi).
In the document, the Hanoi Land Registration Office requested Song Da - Hoang Long Company to notify home buyers that they have fulfilled their obligations to the investor to complete the application for a Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land (pink book) according to regulations.
The document also requires Song Da - Hoang Long Company to continue to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hanoi City (Land Economics Division) to conduct inspections and reviews to determine additional financial obligations such as land use fees according to the provisions of law (if any) according to the direction of the Hanoi People's Committee; Have a written commitment to fulfill the additional financial obligations such as land use fees (if any) of the investor according to regulations.
At the same time, urgently complete the application for granting pink books to home buyers who have fulfilled their obligations to the investor and contact the Hanoi City Land Registration Office to resolve according to regulations.
After the Land Registration Office issued the above document, Song Da - Hoang Long Company notified residents about continuing to issue pink books at The Golden An Khanh apartment building.
In the announcement sent by Song Da - Hoang Long Company to residents, customers at The Golden An Khanh apartment building who have not been granted a pink book should come to the Management Board Office to complete the application for a book according to regulations.
Sharing with reporters, Mr. Tran Quyet Thang - a resident at The Golden An Khanh apartment building - said that the issuance of documents by competent authorities is a positive move to complete the issuance of pink books to people.
"We hope that the problems will be resolved and the competent authorities will soon reissue the pink books to the people so that we can feel secure and have a secure life," Mr. Thang confided.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported on the situation of many residents in buildings 18T1 and 18T2 of The Golden An Khanh apartment building waiting wearily for their pink books.
According to documents obtained by Lao Dong, the reason for the delay in granting pink books to people is that the relevant parties have not fully implemented the inspection conclusions of the Hanoi City Inspectorate related to this project.
Hanoi Inspectorate said that out of 7 departments, branches, agencies and units that must implement inspection and examination conclusions, only 4 units have done so, while 3 units have not: Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Department of Planning and Architecture and Department of Construction.
Therefore, the Hanoi City Inspectorate continues to recommend that the Hanoi City People's Committee direct and request units to seriously learn from the slow implementation of the conclusions and recommendations of the City Inspectorate. At the same time, promptly implement the direction of the Hanoi City People's Committee in previous documents on handling after inspection and examination.
