The Ring Road 2 construction investment project has a total investment of over 7,000 billion VND from the city budget. The project's site clearance area is nearly 113 hectares, reclaiming land from nearly 1,650 households and 30 organizations. The section through Hung Dao ward has a total recovered land area of nearly 60 hectares related to 1,001 organizations, households, and individuals. To date, the locality has cleared nearly 55 hectares of land. At the same time, 100% of the land origin determination work has been completed; 12 decisions have been issued approving compensation and support plans with a total amount of more than 481.9 billion VND, and 43 hectares of clean land have been handed over to the investor.
17 kiosks of the High-Tech Industrial Joint Stock Company on Mac Dang Doanh Street owned by 16 households (one household uses 2 kiosks) are subject to site clearance. Of which, 4/16 households with 4 kiosks have proactively dismantled the construction, moved assets and handed over the site.
For the remaining 13/17 kiosks, the locality and related units and individuals organized many mobilization and persuasion sessions, but the households did not comply with the decision to reclaim the land.
Therefore, on December 2, the Land Acquisition Enforcement Board of Hung Dao Ward People's Committee deployed a plan to organize the enforcement. The enforcement process took place in accordance with prescribed procedures and order, ensuring absolute safety for people and property.
