Based on the Decision approving the project adjustment of the City People's Committee, the People's Committee of Thuy Nguyen district together with the Hai Phong Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board has prepared and submitted for appraisal the Cadastral Extract map according to the adjusted scope; and publicly posted it at the Headquarters of the People's Committee of Duong Quan commune, the Cultural House of Chan Lam village, and the Cultural House of Tay Nha Tho village.
Accordingly, the project adjusted the land use area from 38.86 ha to 33.122 ha. The investment in building technical infrastructure for the resettlement area on a total area of 33.122 ha of land divided into 4 resettlement areas (A, B, C, D) formed 1,222 residential plots to serve the lives of local people. The road system within the project has a scale of: 26m, 15m, and 13m. The total investment of the project was adjusted to 910,771,553,000 VND.
Regarding the project's site clearance work, the number of households that must continue site clearance work is 37 households, on an area of 1.72 hectares.
At the conference, households whose land was recovered expressed their agreement and high consensus on the project implementation policy. At the same time, they requested the government to consider and calculate a reasonable compensation price to ensure the rights of the people...
Mr. Nguyen Van Vien - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee said that the compensation and support policy for the Project will be applied according to the 2024 Land Law. From October 14, specialized agencies will conduct an inventory and determine the land origin for each household. The district hopes that households will actively coordinate with the district's specialized agencies to declare, inventory, and develop compensation and support plans according to the provisions of law, ensuring the progress of site clearance for project implementation.
