Although implemented by many localities with the expectation of shortening land procedures and promoting data digitalization, the submission of red books via VNeID has recently recorded many reflections on "suspended", returned or continuous requests for supplementation. What errors in the declaration process are causing the red book application to not be approved?
Unidentified account level 2
According to regulations, only a VNeID level 2 identification account can fully use the feature of submitting red book information. If it is still at level 1, people will not see land-related declarations, leading to mistakenly thinking that the application is faulty.
Photo of unsatisfactory documents
One of the reasons why the application is rejected the most is the lack of shady, bright photos or missing pages. The application requires the submitter to submit all pages of the Land Use Rights Certificate, with format PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG and capacity not exceeding 3.5 MB.
The photo must clearly show the plot number, leaf number, area, land use purpose... If the system cannot read the information, the file will not be able to receive it.
Enter incorrect plot, address or user information
Many documents are suspended because people entered incorrect plot numbers - map sheet numbers, incorrect areas or addresses that do not match the content on the red book.
This information is legal data that must be absolutely accurate. Just a small mistake can cause the file to be required to be supplemented or returned.
Choosing the wrong type of procedure
VNeID clearly classifies procedures such as issuance, reissuance due to loss, registration of changes, correction... If people choose the wrong type, the application will not be processed properly.
This is an error that occurs frequently in cases of transferring land use name, transfer or changing land user information.
Not monitoring the status of the dossier
After submitting the application, people need to regularly check the "My application" section to know whether the competent authority has received it or not and if there are additional requirements.
Many records are being processed slowly just because people ignore the notification that additional documents are needed.
Be careful with fake calls and messages
The authorities also warned about the situation of impersonators instructing people to submit red books via VNeID to request people to provide OTP codes or illegally collect fees. The application absolutely does not require an OTP code from any individual outside the system.
Submitting red books online significantly reduces travel time and paperwork, but people need to ensure complete and accurate declaration so that documents are easily received. Just avoid the above common errors, the application submission process via VNeID will take place faster and more effectively.
