Binh Duong won the 2024 Vietnam - Japan U13 International Tournament

    The 6th Vietnam - Japan U13 International Youth Football Tournament 2024 officially ended on the afternoon of December 15 in Binh Duong.

    The tournament brings together 12 teams from Vietnam, Japan and Malaysia, with matches taking place from December 12 to 15.

    In the final match, Binh Duong U13 team won the championship after defeating FC Tokyo U13 team. Player Truong Tuan Bao of Becamex Binh Duong U13 was the outstanding winner of the title of Top Scorer and Best Player of the tournament.

    In addition, goalkeeper Tran Gia Huy of this team also received the title of Best Goalkeeper. U13 Hanoi won third place after winning the ranking match.

    The Vietnam - Japan U13 International Football Tournament is an important event in developing youth football and promoting cooperation between the two countries.

    Mr. Cao Van Chong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Duong province, attended the closing ceremony and award ceremony, emphasizing the role of the tournament in strengthening the friendly relationship and cultural exchange between Vietnam and Japan.

    The tournament also contributes to enhancing the position of Binh Duong province in international sports cooperation, opening up learning and development opportunities for young players.
