Da Nang Club has a new president

Mr. Vu Nam Thang has just been appointed as chairman of Da Nang club to replace his predecessor.

On December 3, Da Nang Club announced its new president, Mr. Vu Nam Thang. Mr. Thang studied and lived abroad for many years before returning to Vietnam. This leader will be responsible for running Da Nang Club in place of his predecessor, Le Van Hieu, who is a businessman.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Nam Thang said: “I am not here to cheer, because I stand with the players. If you want to succeed, you must give your heart and mind to the team. You must eat, sleep and fight for the club. Life may not be long and in football, second chances are sometimes too many.

Therefore, whether we compete or not, the whole team must give 150, 200% so that when we look back, we won't have to sadly say the two words "if only".

Mr. Thang did not forget to thank the leaders of Da Nang city, generations of leaders of Da Nang club, players and coaching staff. Before becoming the club's president, Mr. Thang held the role of Deputy Head of the team on the banks of the Han River.

Also at the ceremony, Da Nang club announced new technical director Phan Thanh Hung, new head coach Cristiano Roland and assistants including former Dai Dong player, former Viet Nam goalkeeper... Da Nang club aims to stay in the league this season.
