    Vietnam's starting lineup against Thailand in the second leg of the 2024 ASEAN Cup final.

    The Vietnamese team will face the Thai team in the second leg of the 2024 ASEAN Cup final at 8:00 p.m. on January 5 at Rajamangala Stadium.

    Keeping the same goalkeeping choice as from the beginning of the tournament, coach Kim Sang-sik let goalkeeper Dinh Trieu start. His backup was Nguyen Filip.

    The three central defenders in this match are Bui Tien Dung, Nguyen Thanh Chung and Pham Xuan Manh. Nguyen Van Vi and Vu Van Thanh play on the two wings of the Vietnamese team.

    Chau Ngoc Quang, Nguyen Hoang Duc and Doan Ngoc Tan are the three names chosen for the midfield. Hoang Duc will wear the captain's armband for the Vietnamese team.

    The spearhead of the Vietnamese team's attack in this match was Nguyen Xuan Son. It was quite a surprise that his partner was Tuan Hai, instead of Bui Vi Hao as usual.

    In the first leg, coach Kim Sang-sik and his team led 2-1 thanks to a double from Xuan Son.
